Instalacja – opcja 1:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install jadesktop
Następnie uruchom pulpit z menu-> Akcesoria-> Pulpit Jade
Instalacja – opcja 2:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install sparky-desktop-jade
Meta pakiet dostarcza dodatkowe narzędzia oraz skrypt startowy, który uruchamia kilka dodatkowych usług. Pulpit Jade może być uruchomiony z Twojego menadżera logowania/sesji, wybierając „Pulpit Jade”.
Pulpit Jade jest wciąż w fazie rozwojowej, co oznacza że nie jest jeszcze stabilny.
Pulpit powinien działać niezależnie, lecz nie chce wystartować bez „normalnego” menadżera okien. Instalując go na dowolnym środowisku graficznym lub menadżerze okien, możliwe jest uruchomienie Jade z menu.
Instalacja za pośrednictwem Sparky meta pakietu dostarcza dodatkowo menadżera okien Blackbox, który startuje sekundę wcześniej niż Jade Desktop.
